14th 21st 28th oct 4th Nov Course dates (dates subject to change). (Complete when your 20 weeks+) £25 per hour (birth partners included in the cost) NEW and IMPROVED. This is your ultimate birth preparation course. This course includes complete HYPNOBIRTHING teachings but also so much more. The aim of this course is for you to leave feeling EMPOWERED, KNOWLEDGEBLE and PREPARED to do YOUR BIRTH, YOUR WAY. Everything you need to know for a positive birth. Available via zoom for those who wish to attend virtually. Birth partners welcome included in the cost.
